Absolutely. Proper safety riding gear, including helmets, boots, body armor, gloves, and goggles, is included in every package. Your safety is our top priority.

Rider insurance is NOT included in the package. We highly recommend that you have an active personal travel insurance policy that covers motorcycle riding before joining the tour.

Teenagers are welcome to join the tour. For children, eligibility depends on their age, height, and riding ability. We offer a mid-sized 125cc motorcycle suitable for younger riders. As a general guideline, the minimum recommended age is 13 years old.

Yes, payments can be made in USD. The final amount will be calculated based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment. Please note that all tour prices are based on Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

There is no cancellation fee if you cancel at least one day before your scheduled tour. However, cancellations made on the day of the tour are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

Yes, we offer a pick-up service. The fee varies depending on your pick-up location, with prices starting from IDR 500,000.

The tour continues in light rain (it adds to the fun!). However, for extreme weather conditions that could compromise safety, we will reschedule the tour to a later date at no extra cost.

No, solo riders are welcome! Our tours run for individuals as well as groups. Contact us directly if you have a large group for potential group discounts.

While having a motorcycle license is preferred, it is not strictly required for the off-road tour. However, you must know how to ride a manual motorcycle. If you cannot ride, our guides can assist you, but prior notice is required.

Please bring a change of clothes, sunscreen, a small towel, and some cash for personal expenses. We provide the bike, gear, lunch, and hydration.
